Pathways to recovery begin with you.

Thank you for your interest in working for the Southeastern Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence, Inc. (SCADD).  We are committed to providing quality, affordable treatment services that are centered around hope, connection and empowerment and we are always looking to build our team!  We are an agency that believes in second chances and the ability of people to find recovery.  Our compassionate team of treatment providers and support staff are essential to our mission.  We are excited to see how our employment opportunities fit with your career goals.

We look forward to meeting you!

Perhaps the most important of all our accomplishments this year is that achieved by our program staff.  Despite all the staffing challenges and regulation changes that we encountered this year, the utilization of all our programs is the highest that it has ever been.  This means that our services are accessible, and we are there for the people that need our help.  We have 177 beds in our agency and our 2023 utilization exceeded 93%.  That is a testament to how important our mission is and how dedicated our team is.  In 2023 – the SCADD workforce grew by 30%. To continue our mission, we need to continue to grow our staff.

Our employees are the foundation of SCADD and are involved in the mission of changing lives.
